What We Evaluate

Every platform we review is scored against the same six weighted criteria. We don't use different criteria for different platforms — the weighting below applies consistently across every review on this site.

Earning Potential — 25%
Payment Reliability — 20%
Client Availability — 20%
Platform & Tools — 15%
Psychic Support — 10%
Flexibility — 10%

What Each Category Means

Earning Potential looks at how a platform's pay structure works for advisors — self-set rates, revenue-share percentage where published, and client-facing pricing that indicates realistic earning ceilings.

Payment Reliability covers how and when you actually get paid: payout methods, minimum withdrawal thresholds, transfer fees, and whether the platform mediates payment at all or leaves collection to the reader.

Client Availability reflects how active and established a platform's client base appears to be, based on public figures like readings completed, plus the range of reading methods offered.

Platform & Tools covers the practical experience of working on the platform — mobile apps, profile features, dashboards and technical reliability.

Psychic Support looks at onboarding, training, and how accessible the application process is, including any fees or experience requirements that act as a barrier to entry.

Flexibility covers control over your own schedule, pricing and working methods.

How Ratings Are Calculated

Each category is scored out of 5 based on what the platform publishes about itself, then combined using the weights above to produce a category breakdown, which you'll find on every individual review. The headline "Overall Rating" shown at the top of each review is our editorial summary judgment informed by that breakdown — it is not always a mechanical average of the category scores, since some considerations (like an undisclosed fee structure, or a hard barrier for beginners) can reasonably outweigh a purely numerical calculation. Where we make that kind of judgment call, we explain our reasoning directly in the review.

What We Won't Do

We don't invent numbers. If a platform doesn't publicly disclose its revenue-share percentage, its listing fee, or whether it accepts beginners, our reviews say so explicitly — "not publicly disclosed" or "not clearly stated" — rather than filling the gap with an estimate presented as fact. We also don't manufacture user review counts or testimonials; any specific figures you see (like readings completed, or a listing fee amount) are sourced directly from the platform's own published pages, checked on the date shown at the top of each review.

How Often Information Is Checked

We recheck a platform's published terms whenever we're notified something has changed, and do a full pass across all reviews periodically. Each review displays the date it was last reviewed and the date its application/fee terms were last checked. Because platform terms can change without notice, always confirm current details directly with the platform before applying or paying any fee.

Whether Platforms Can Influence Scores

No. A platform being listed or featured on Psychic Jobs Online does not affect its rating. We currently do not earn any commission, referral fee, or other compensation from the platforms we review — see our editorial policy for full details on how we operate and how we'd disclose it if that changes.

How Corrections Are Handled

If a platform or a reader tells us something in a review is outdated or inaccurate, we verify it against the platform's own published information and correct the review, updating the "last checked" date. We don't backdate corrections or silently change a rating without updating the visible date on the page.
